Get ready for a multi-day festival of caravan lovers between the villages and forests of Setomaa: the program is filled with exciting activities, powerful performers will perform, and good company and a good mood are guaranteed.

The event brings together caravan lovers and travel enthusiasts, 300 motorhomes and caravans from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland are expected to arrive. Bring your family and friends and come and be a part of the largest international caravan gathering in the Baltics!

CARAVAN RALLY IN TRESKI

The most special concert venue in the world is located in the Treski farmyard in the heart of Setomaa: the Treski outdoor stage is unique in Europe, and the best Estonian folk band TRAD.ATTACK! will perform on this stage!

At the meeting of the caravans, you can experience the authentic Seto culture, Treski’s host and musician Jalmar Vabarna offers his famous smoked venison meat and a cup of local liquor handsa, the boys of the Nedsaja Küla Band get the party started in Treski Küün, and of course the caravan party does not lack a traditional fair, lotto and exciting caravan driving.

Treski’s gates are open from Thursday – early arrivals can socialize with friends, rest and enjoy a real smoke sauna, and gradually tune in to the event.

MASSAGE BUS ELAN

The ELAN Massage Bus offers the opportunity to enjoy a massage in Estonia’s unique mobile massage salon during the gathering. Rebasesaar Lifestyle Salon offers haircuts, natural curl styling, braids/styles, and various treatments. Prices: men’s haircut from €25, women’s haircut from €35. Payment in cash.

The mobile foot care salon offers services including nail care, toe gel polish, and treatment for problematic feet. Foot care products are also available for purchase. The service price from €35 to €45.

GAS LEAK DETECTION CHECK

At the caravan gathering, you can have your caravan’s gas appliances checked. A SPECIAL PRICE 50 euros applies for the service at the event. Do not miss this opportunity to ensure that your camping machine’s gas appliances are safely operational.

CATERING

Food and drinks from local caterers.

DEPOSIT PACKAGING. The Ringo deposit cup system is in effect on the Treski premises. Visitors pay €1.50 for deposit containers (cup, goblet, coffee cup, plate-fork-knife, bowl-spoon) and receive €1 back when returned through the RINGO system. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can return the items to the tavern Küün. Local servers can assist with the system. You may also use your own cup.

REGISTRATION

The participation fee is 95€ per caravan for club member, 110€ per caravan for non-member.

From May 1, the participation fee is 125€ per caravan.

* If you cancel your participation up to and including April 30, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded, if you cancel after April 30 or if you do not participate, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.

Check-in is required by showing the QR code on the phone screen or in print.

PARKING

Parking places are located in Treski’s yard. Filling clean water, emptying chemical toilet, toilets and showers are available on site, dirty water can be dumped on the grass in the caravan parking area. Please come with an empty waste water tank if possible.

ELECTRIC POINT: extra charge 25 €/ caravan. Places with electricity are located in a secluded area. The number of places is limited. NB! Electric seats can only be purchased in advance, there is no on-site payment.

Electricity must not be used for heating, etc., but only for charging batteries and low-power consumers. Electricity may not be distributed to other participants without the organizer’s permission.

1 night / 1 cabin (2 rooms, up to 4 persons) = €150

2 nights / 1 cabin (2 rooms, up to 4 persons) = €225

3 nights / 1 cabin (2 rooms, up to 4 persons) = €300

Rooms are like in a hotel, lockable, with a fan, and access to a shower room and toilet.

CARAVANNER’S REMINDER:

CHECK-IN. Check-in is open on Thursday from 11:00 to 23:00, and on Friday from 11:00 to 22:00. At other times, please call the phone number located at the gate.
TICKET. Be ready to show your event ticket / QR code from your phone screen or as a printout at check-in.
PARKING. Parking will be according to the parking manager’s instructions. You can choose your final parking spot yourself.
WATER OUT / WATER IN. Please come with an empty wastewater tank if possible. Grey water tanks can be left open in the caravan parking area. Facilities for refilling clean water are available on-site.
WC / SHOWER. There is a chemical toilet dumping station, toilets, and showers available on-site.
GENERATORS. Respect quiet hours and run generators only from 10:00 to 22:00.
ELECTRICITY. Electricity should not be used for heating, etc., but only for charging batteries and low-power devices. Electricity should not be shared with other participants without the organizer’s permission. If you have an urgent need for electricity, contact the organizer.
TRASH. Follow the waste sorting and collection requirements.
FIRE SAFETY. Open fires are prohibited in the caravan parking area, including the use of disposable and charcoal grills.
LEAVE GLASS CONTAINERS AT HOME! Glass containers are not allowed on the event premises.
DEPOSIT SYSTEM. The Ringo deposit cup system is in effect on the Treski premises. You may also use your own cup.
PETS are welcome at the event – if they are on a leash. Pet owners must clean up after their animals.
