☀️ THE ULTIMATE CARAVAN EXPERIENCE! Over 500 motorhomes and caravans from the Baltics, Finland, and beyond are expected at the festival. If you want to enjoy time with fellow caravan travelers and make new friends, this event is perfect for you!
☀️ A RICH ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM! A long weekend filled with exciting activities for caravan enthusiasts of all ages: a group boat trip, a grand city bike tour, museum visits, an adventure park, a science center, and a lively nightclub. Enjoy live performances from top Estonian and Latvian bands: QUEEN MUSIC SHOW (LV) and VIA BALTIKA (EST). Plus, don’t miss the lottery and the thrilling caravan towing contest!
☀️ GREAT PARKING FACILITIES! The festival campground will be set up at the scenic Piejūras Kempings, where the morning sea breeze rustles through the pine trees, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away.

PARTICIPATION FEE & REGISTRATION
For member of Club Eesti Karavan / SF-Caravan €95 per caravan family
(2 adults + children)
For other caravan families €110 per caravan family
(2 adults + children)
Additional participant (age 17+) €10. Children under 16 for free.
From April 14, 2025, the participation fee is €125 per caravan family.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Until April 13, 2025 (inclusive): 100% refund. From April 14, 2025: 50% refund.
Tickets must be presented at check-in, either digitally on a phone screen or printed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
PARKING
Parking will take place at Piejūras Kempings , a seaside campsite less than 2 km from the city center and about 800 m from Ventspils Blue Flag Beach.
On-site caravan services include fresh water refills, chemical toilet disposal, WC, and showers.
No electrical hookups are available. Please equip your caravan with solar panels, a generator, or another power source.
Access to the campsite starts on Thursday, May 8, from 12:00 PM.
PARKING RULES
IMPORTANT RULE: Blocking other caravans is strictly prohibited – all vehicles must have a clear exit route.
Parking is managed by the event team, and all participants must follow their instructions.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION
Guests without a caravan can stay in Piejūras Kempings cabins. Reservations: camping.ventspils.lv
Cabin rental does not include festival participation. A participation fee must be paid separately.
PETS
Friendly dogs and other pets are welcome but must remain under the owner’s responsibility.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours in the campsite: 00–07. Generators may be used only between 10–22.
SAFETY
The campsite is enclosed but not monitored.
Look after each other and keep an eye on your neighbors and their belongings.
When leaving your caravan, lock the doors and do not leave personal items unattended.
The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
FIRE SAFETY
Open flames, disposable barbecues, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited.
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
Commercial activities, including banners and flags, are only allowed with prior approval from the organizers.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program.
